Supplies & Consumables
We want you to be confident in every purchase. Supplies and consumable products (such as inks, films, and papers) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging for store credit subject to up to 10% restocking fee.
Opened consumables and opened equipment cannot be returned unless defective.
To request a return authorization, please email sales@acgsupplies.ca with your order number. Return requests are processed within 7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
Equipment & Custom Orders
Many of our products, such as printers, presses, and other large equipment, are customized or configured to meet each customer’s specific needs. Of course, we will work with you to have any defective items exchanged at no cost to you. We work closely with every customer from pre-sales consultation through after-sales onboarding and setup to ensure you get the right solution for your business. If you ever have a question before purchasing, our team is here to help you choose the correct model and accessories for your workflow. For this reason, some conditions apply in the case of change of mind returns. We offer store credit and these returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee once the item has been returned in original unopened packaging.

Defective or Damaged Equipment
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@acgsupplies.ca with photos and your order details.
We’ll arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Items that become damaged or inoperable after use are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled after shipment will be treated under our return policy above and may incur return shipping costs and restocking fees.
Additional Notes
Some vendors and products may have specific return terms; these will be clearly stated in the product description.
Certified pre-owned, demo, or used equipment is not eligible for return.
ALLCRAFT GRAPHIC SUPPLY CO LIMITED sells to professional users who intend to use the equipment for its full operational life. Orders placed for temporary, single-use, or event-based purposes (such as trade shows or promotional activations) are not eligible for return.
